ShopDoc is an AI-powered automotive diagnostic assistant. It provides informational guidance on vehicle symptoms, diagnostic trouble codes, and potential repair procedures. The Service is delivered through a web-based chat interface.
3. Important Disclaimer
ShopDoc is not a substitute for a certified mechanic. The information provided is AI-generated guidance, not professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified technician for safety-critical repairs including but not limited to brakes, steering, suspension, fuel systems, and airbag components. ShopDoc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any diagnosis or repair suggestion. You assume all risk when performing any vehicle repair.
4. Accounts
You may create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login link with others or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
ShopDoc offers paid plans including single sessions, and monthly subscriptions. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
- Single sessions grant one diagnostic conversation and do not auto-renew.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at projectbox3964@gmail.com to request a refund.
6. Free Trial
New visitors may ask up to 3 questions without signing up. This free allowance is per device and is not guaranteed to remain available.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automatically extract data from the Service
- Abuse the free trial by creating multiple guest sessions to avoid payment
- Upload images that are illegal, obscene, or unrelated to vehicle diagnostics
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code constituting the ShopDoc service are owned by ShopDoc. AI-generated diagnostic responses are provided for your personal use and may not be republished commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopDoc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or vehicle damage resulting from following AI-generated advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
